Andrew is a talented communication professional. He has over 20 years’ experience in video production, public speaking, writing, social media, website design, and technology. As a graduate of Georgetown College with a Bachelors of Arts in Communication/Media and Political Science, he has both the theoretical and practical foundation needed to succeed in a variety of fields.

In his current role of Internet & Technology Coordinator for the Franklin County Fiscal Court, he executes the technological and communication priorities of the County Judge/Executive. During his tenure he spearheaded the development of a county-wide, state-of-the-art dark fiber network, developed a robust social media presence, elevated the county’s website, and oversaw the upgrade of many pieces of county information technology equipment and systems.
